Penny Brock has always taken her Christian faith and core American values seriously. Now she may be taking them to a federal jury in Portland, Oregon.  For more than thirty years, Penny was married to Capt. Bill Brock III, a pilot for Delta Airlines.  Bill and his father, Bill Brock II, used to joke about the strong-willed nature of Bill’s mother, Thelma, a woman of German descent.

After Bill Brock Jr. passed away, Penny and Bill flew to Portland to review Thelma’s living trust document.  Like millions of senior citizens across America, Thelma had heard about the benefits of a living trust and wanted her son Bill to review the trust before she signed it. 

Shortly after returning home, the couple was surprised to discover that another Portland attorney had advised Thelma to revoke the trust and sign a “bare bones” will.  “Bill and I were concerned that because of her age and failing health, Thelma had been duped into buying junk probate papers,” Penny recalls. “What angered us even more, was the arrogance of this attorney who refused to meet or give us the peace of mind we feel we were entitled to.”

Penny continued to send Thelma birthday and holiday cards after Penny became a widow in 2002. In 2009, Thelma was a resident in Summerplace Assisted Living Facility, a corporate subsidiary of Prestige Care, Inc.  Prestige owns and operates 52 elder care facilities in Alaska and 7 western states.

In 2009, the Portland professional guardianship firm of Tiffany-O’Shea became guardian of Thelma, over her objection. Penny was not notified of the proceedings. Thelma’s death in 2011 began stirring up painful memories of issues Bill had not found peace of mind about prior to his passing.

As court papers filed in the Multnomah County Circuit Probate Court reveal, Penny attempted to arrange a meeting with Tiffany-O’Shea’s attorney, Richard Pagnano. In addition to Thelma’s missing probate documents which would have negated the need for a conservatorship, Tiffany-O’Shea had assigned ten staff members to assist Thelma even though she was paying more than $4500.00 per month for her care at Summerplace.

“It just didn’t make sense that Summerplace and everyone else refused to meet with me,” Penny said. “Bill and I objected to the will. Thelma objected to the conservatorship. I have been objecting to the entire process since I discovered a new will after Thelma’s death. No one in the system would listen. They just steam-rolled right over us. When Mr. Pagnano called me a “predatory lunatic,” for trying to gather information about Thelma’s 96 year old sister who is also a resident of Summerplace, I hit the roof.”

One of the most overlooked passages in the bible is Genesis 12:1-3 in which God tells Abraham that He will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse it. Among the many gifts Israel has given to the world is the Virgin Mary, the earthly Mother of God.

Fifteen years after a reported apparition to General George Washington by the Virgin Mary, Archbishop John Carroll, consecrated the United States to her. In 1847, Mary, the Immaculate Conception was designated as the patroness of the United States.

But now federal judges in Washington, D.C. and on the west coast are playing fast and loose with God’s words to Abraham. In reported messages to Marian seer Veronica Leuken on March 18, 1977,  America’s leaders were accused of having “enacted rules, regulations and laws that hold no water, have no discipline and no purpose.” *

Do some of our federal judges think they are gods, or just so puffed up with their own importance they honestly believe they can scoff at His word?

Jewish immigrants, is known for his eloquent opinions in defense of free speech and privacy  His social and judicial philosophy influenced Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.  The two jurists often joined in dissents which challenged the majority view.  They both relied on Holmes’ ”clear and present danger” concept to test restrictions on speech.

One such case was Whitney v. California [ 274 U.S. 327 (1927) ] in which Brandeis wrote that  the “(F)ear of serious injury cannot alone justify suppression of free speech and assembly. Men feared witches and burnt women. It is the function of free speech to free men from bondage of irrational fears. . . Those who won our independence by revolution were not cowards. They did not fear political change. They did not exalt order at the cost of liberty. . . “. 

Constitutional scholar Anthony Lewis has noted that  legal experts have lauded Brandeis’s opinion in Whitney to perhaps be the greatest defense of freedom of speech ever written by a member of the high court.

In 1891, William Eugene Blackstone, the Father of American Zionism had written a letter to President Benjamin Harrison urging him to call an international conference to consider the plight of the Jews and their beliefs that scripture required that they be returned to their ancient home in Palestine.

By the time the United States entered World War I as Britain’s ally in 1917, Louis Brandeis had become the leading American Zionist of his day. Not wanting to lose America’s support, he was asked to help win approval of any British endorsement of Zionism. In addition to being a close friend of President Woodrow Wilson, Brandeis had campaigned for him in 1912 and went on to serve as advisor during Wilson’s first term.

Brandeis not only had a keen insight into raw political power, but clearly understood the influence grass roots religion had on it. Relying on Wilson’s Christian faith, Brandeis was instrumental in winning Wilson’s”entire sympathy”  for the proposal to create an Israel national state.

Now ESPN is running interference for the President. This week it  benched  Hank Williams Jr. and pulled him off his Monday Night Football gig in retaliation for expressing his political views .

muzzled for trying to speak his mind in these troubled  times America is facing.  For years, lawyers all across America have been disbarred and disciplined for attempting to challenge the refusal of state and federal judges to properly  police their own profession.

The most notable is distinguished Beverly Hills lawyer and scholar Richard Fine who

bribes judges in Los Angeles County were taking. The judges never even called time-out to review the allegations [Free Richard Fine].  It was clear the signals for the blitz against Fine were being called by the Hon. Ronald George while sitting as Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court.

Although George, a longtime friend of United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, was being paid handsomely to act as a fair and impartial referee, he oversaw a scheme which landed Fine in jail and resulted in special legislation which gave the judges civil and criminal immunity.

Like the NFL’s official rule book,  judicial misconduct is governed by a set of rules called The Judicial Conduct and Disability Act.  Since its enactment, the Act has been enforced by federal judges who are free from public input and media scrutiny.

As a result, serious infractions by federal judges such as delay of game, unecessary roughness and unsportsmanlike conduct go unnoticed.  At the bottom of the pile-up on the field, which is made up of judges, super-lawyers and innocent victims of judicial misconduct is President Obama.  Mr. Obama is the named defendant in a lawsuit pending in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals [Complaint ].

The case is rooted in evidence against Kennedy and 9th Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski which Network CEO Phil Stimac attempted to submit to federal grand juries in Washington, D.C. and five other U.S. cities.

Among other things, the evidence clearly reveals that in June, 2011 Kozinski fixed six complaints of judicial misconduct which were linked to an online porn site he and his attorney wife Marcy Tiffany maintained and operated from their family home.

Another aspect of the case against the President, is deeply rooted in a federal racketeering lawsuit filed against the Hon. John Clifford Wallace, another close and personal friend of Justice Kennedy. 

Kozinski and the 9th Circuit Court judges he has administrative oversight over are now trying to dismiss the case against Mr. Obama before legal briefs are even filed.

Meanwhile, Williams has released a new song about the ESPN flop called “Keep The Change.” NFL groupies as well as Williams’ fans in Nashville and other parts of the country are beginning to shake their heads and as “Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way?”

Roll who was a victim of  a senseless shooting in Tucson, AZ on January 8, 2011 by Jared Lee Loughner.  The video [available on the 9th Circuit's official website],  shows a sensitive and compassionate side of Kozinski some members of the federal bench and bar may have never before seen.  

Like Eduardo Sencion,  the shooter in the recent shooting at a Carson City, NV IHOP Restaurant, Loughner dehumanized Judge Roll and his 18 other victims.  This mental abnormality is not unlike that displayed

routinely dismisses complaints of judicial misconduct lodged with him on behalf of innocent victims of undeniable judicial corruption.

The fact the lives, health and careers of intended beneficiaries of federal statutes are destroyed is of no consequences to an elitist like Kozinski who has spent his entire adult life and career on the inside of a Disney-like America which he became a privileged member of only by riding along the coattails of Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy. 

Nor are the lives and careers of non-elite lawyers who labor for years putting difficult civil rights cases together only to become victims themselves of retaliatory bar discipline to maliciously thwart their good work.

Like Loughner and Sencion, Kozinski has an arsenal of weapons at his disposal. This includes a network of Super Lawyers of which his wife Marcy Tiffany is a member. Among their secret powers is the ability to censor and sanitize news involving the nationwide tampering of judicial misconduct complaints by Kozinski and his collegues in all federal circuits.

Like Loughner and Sencion, the Chief Judge has detached himself from the realities of the world the rest of grew up in and are trying our best to make better for ourselves and future generations.
