Stimac vs. Obama, a lawsuit challenging the grand jury policices of President Barack Obama and U.S. Attorneys in the nation’s 94 federal judicial district has been assigned to the Hon. Robert Jones, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Nevada District.

A Nevada native, Jones was appointed to the federal bench by President George Bush in 2003.
