Stimac Asks Archbishop For Final Ruling

Network CEO Phil Stimac has asked San Francisco Archbishop George Niederbauer to issue his final ruling in a canon law complaint Stimac filed against former U.S. Attorney Joe Russoniello on March 23, 2012.

The canon law case is rooted in evidence Stimac presented to the San Francisco Federal Grand Jury which was intercepted by Russoniello. Senator Dianne Feinstein, whose husband Richard Blum is shown above with the Archbishop, also declined to investigate Russoniello, claiming investigation of the federal grand jury was a “state” issue.

Network CEO Phil Stimac is asking U.S. District Judge Susan Illston to take judicial notice of a memo written to U.S. Attorney General William French Smith by Timothy Cook which accused top DOJ officials of thwarting enforcement of civil rights and disability laws.

In court papers drafted today, Phil Stimac has asked U.S. District Judge Susan Illston to issue an order compelling U.S. Attorney Joseph Russoniello to present the State Bar Conspiracy to the federal grand jury in San Francisco. Stimac’s papers are based on The All Writs Act [28 USCA 1651, 18 USCA 3332 (a)] and federal case law which authorizes district court judges to issue writs of mandamus to compel federal attorneys to perform their mandatory, non-discretionary, non-delegable, ministerial grand jury-related duties.
