State Bar Banana Peel Slip Of The Week

In dismissing my ethics complaint against President Howard Miller, State Bar Special Counsel Luis Casillas-Robles ruled that: “The items you have numbered 1-16, appear to be a list one would see in a request for production of documents and not evidentary facts.”
Note: After dismissing a half dozen complaints against other State Bar lawyers and officials without any investigation, Casillas-Robles and Miller still refuse to disqualify the Special Counsel for not disclosing he is a former State Bar Prosecutor. Item 1-16 are the documents which contain the evidentiary facts which support my contention Miller engaged in criminal and unethial conduct.
