In a letter dated May 8, 2011, Network CEO Phil Stimac has asked U.S. Attorney Dwight Holton to present evidence of violations of the federal criminal code which have and are occuring in Room 907 of the Mark Hatfield Bldg. to the Federal Grand Jury in Portland.

Room 907 is the chambers of the Hon, Garr King. Stimac is asking the Grand Jury to investigate King’s interception of evidence to be presented to the Federal Grand Jury in San Francisco as well as obstructing justice and suppressing evidence in criminal investigations under the jurisdiction of the Federal Bureau of Investigtion and Senate Judiciary Committee.
