Paul Grossman is regional civil rights director for US Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights. For seven years, he was able to avoid investigation of several State Bar complaints which named him as a co-conspirator in a nationwide scheme of corruption and wrongdoing against millions of students and teachers in the ten federal regions. In an attempt to smear the president of the American Teacher’s Legal Defense Fund, Grossman offered testimony in a State Bar proceeding which he knew was inconsistent with the truth and federal regulations he enforced under Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
