Ralph Black Inducted Into Royal Order Of Elite

0.29A6Long-time attorney for Chancellor’s Office of  California Community College’s [COCCC] Ralph Black,  has just been inducted into the Royal Order of Elite.  COCCC, is the largest recipient of federal funds in the nation with nearly 3 million students and employees.

“Smilin’ Al” Bersin Joins Legge On Royal Order List

“Smilin’ Al” Bersin, who represented U.S. District Judge Charles A. Legge in a class action RICO lawsuit has joined his former client as a charter member of The Royal Order of Elite.  The case was filed on behalf of students and teachers in San Diego, where Bersin served as US Attorney.

Bersin is a long-time friend and campaign manager for Bill Clinton, another RICO defendant.  In addition to covering up Clinton’s violation of the Federal Campaign Finance Act of 1971, Bersin argued the plaintiff’s claims had been litigated in a case filed years earlier in San Francisco.
