Here Come ‘Da Judge – Hon. Sharon Chatman

sharon chatman California Attorney General Jerry Brown was recently asked to investigate allegations by  assistant district attorneys in Santa Clara County that Superior Court Judge Sharon Chatman was involved in a conspiracy to frame the son of a county grand juror. The facts are set forth in “The George Kennedy Papers” above. Although this evidence was submitted to numerous federal, state and local officials, no investigation was commenced.

The “George Kennedy Papers,” lodged with the State Bar’s Office of Trial Counsel were evidence in litigation which OTC was a party to.  Like OTC, the State Bar’s Commission on Judicial Nominee Evaluations  refused to investigate or contact witnesses in this case involving an elite State Bar member.

 

Evidence Shows Jerry Brown Fails To Investigate Judicial Appointee Accused Of Framing Afro-American

In George Kennedy Papers ,  Superior Court Judge Dan Creed is accused by assistant district attorneys of conspiring with District Attorney George Kennedy to frame the son of a member of the county grand jury.

Creed attended St. Ignatius High School with Attorney General Jerry Brown and was appointed to the Superior Court by Brown in 1975.  Brown has declined to investigate or comment.
