The White House announced today that President Barack Obama has asked U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to prepare an emergency legal memorandum which discusses the “nature, scope and depth of the 9th Commandment when applied against the background of  contemporary secularism and political expedience. “

The action came in the aftermath of the President’s back-pedaling on his controversial HHS mandate which set off a political storm for him from Catholics, Protestants and people of all faiths in all parts of the country.
