Kennedy Doctrine Dealt Devastating Blow In 9th Circuit

The premise of the Kennedy Doctrine is that state and federal judges can secretly conspire with state bar
officials to smear, retailiate and blacklist lawyers all across America in disregard to their fundamental constitutional rights. Last week it was dealt a devastaing blow by the filing of a class action lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court. The case, Philip E. Kay vs. State Bar, etc., et al, is being brought by nationally-acclaimed civil rights lawyer, Phil Kay.
