Phil Stimac

Network CEO Phil Stimac has requested a copy of the rules and application which allows citizens to exercise their 1st Amendment rights to lawfully demonstrate at the Philip Burton Federal Bldg. in San Francisco.

“I just got off the phone with the building manager’s office,” he said, “and am waiting for the materials to be e-mailed to me.  I am very excited about being part of our living Constitution. Inventor Robert Kearns Inspiration For Victims Of State Bar Corruption

Robert Kearns

Network CEO Phil Stimac is urging victims of state bar corruption in all fifty states to rent the DVD Flash of Genius. It tells the true story of inventor Robert Kearns, who lost sight in one eye from a flying champagne cork on his wedding night. Kearns’ limited vision made it difficult for him to see while driving in the rain. As a result, he invented the intermittent windshield wiper.  After disclosing his prototype to Ford Motor Co., negotiations fell through. Kearns eventually saw his invention being used on various model cars.

Ford eventually settled with Kearns for $10.1 million. In subsequent litigation against Chrysler, Kearns represented himself and even questioned witnesses on the stand. The Chrysler trial resulted in a verdict in Kearns’ favor of $18.7 million, plus interest.

Phil Stimac

“General and punitive damages resulting from a bogus disbarment could, in some cases, exceed the damages Kearns won,” Stimac noted.  “Plus, experienced wrongfully disbarred lawyers would have a definite advantage over non-attorneys  like Kearns, both in presenting their case in court and selling it to other litigators.”
