creation of the National Mandamus Project, was inspired in part by The Federalist Society. Created in 1982 at Harvard, Yale and University of Chicago Law Schools, the Society seeks judicial reform of America’s legal system by conservative and libertarian minded professionals.

Supreme Court Justices John Roberts, Antonin Scalia and Samuel Alioto have played active roles in the creation and furtherance of the goals of The Federalist Society.

Parker Asked To Intervene In Kennedy-Wallace Connection Plot

Network CEO Phil Stimac has asked Dean Elizabeth Parker to intervene in an attempt to locate the phantom witness who initiated bogus disbarment proceedings against him. Stimac graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 1977 and was informed he was being disbarred after he sued John Clifford Wallace, Chief Judge of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for federal racketeering.  Wallace is a longtime friend of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy who was Stimac’s constitutional law instructor at McGeorge School of Law where Parker presently serves as Dean.
