Arnold Asked For Immediate Investigation Into Sweetheart Deals Between DOJ and Elite Lawyers

State Bar Must Be Beyond Reproach ...Beyond Reproach ...Beyond Reproach

Claiming the citizens of California are being held hostage by a faceless army of California Department of Justice and elite lawyers, Network CEO Phil Stimac has asked Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for an immediate investigation.

“This is the ultimate sweetheart deal,” Stimac hold the Governor in a letter today. “Attorney General Jerry Brown won’t investigate the State Bar; they won’t investigate him or his wife, Anne Gust. Mr. Brown won’t investigate the Fair Political Practices’ Commission, the State Auditor or his own Department of Justice and they all reciprocate in kind.

“I haven’t been able to get a single  Read more of this post

Kramer: Beneficiary Of Top-Of-Line Health Care Won't Investigate Health Related Fraud By Elite State Bar Members

Five months after California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger claimed the State Bar must be “beyond reproach”, Network CEO Phil Stimac is asking him to investigate State Bar Board members William Gailey, Laura Chick and Paul Kramer.

The three are part of an alleged conspiracy to cover-up state-wide Bar related corruption, including the disbarment and imprisonment of Beverly Hills Attorney Richard Fine.

Flip Flops After Bar Funding Veto

Gailey and Kramer have displayed what Stimac calls “an arrogant disregard for the rights and dignity of Californians” by requesting their names be deleted from the Network’s e-mail distribution list.  Since President Howard Miller adopted his policy of not Read more of this post

State Bar Court Being Used To Dismantle Free Speech & Civil Rights of Californians

First To Warn Californians Of Threat Posed By State Bar

It took seventy years of protesting by California lawyers that the State Bar was un-American before  any California leader decided to take decisive action.  Yet, another twelve years have gone by and only victims of State Bar abuse and corruption fully understand the nature and extent of the evils Governor Pete Wilson warned about.

Calling the organization the “ultimate political animal”, Wilson vetoed funding for the group in 1997.  Although this resulted in the closing of the State Bar for nearly a year, the arrogance  of State Bar officials has not only gained momentum, but spread throughout Sacramento and other parts of the State.

Meanwhile, Attorney General Jerry Brown Read more of this post

The Miller-Sloan Connection: What Does State Bar Prez Really Know About Richard Fine Case?

Is Howard Miller Leading State Bar To Truth About Itself?

Howard Miller and Sheldon Sloan have had a few things in common over the years.  Both served inter-locking terms on the State Bar of California’s Board of Governors.  Both men served as Presidents.

As top Bar officials they’ve rubbed elbows with each other at board meetings, on committees and at conventions. They have been active in Los Angles County legal groups and their offices are less than five minutes from each other.

Miller and Sloan also rose to power during the Post-Pete Wilson State Bar era, which began with the shutting down of the organization for nearly a year so its managerial problems could be fixed.

Richard Fine Case Continues To Haunt Former Bar Chief

Despite announcing lofty goals during their terms as Presidents, both men have a penchant for not commenting on one of the most controversial issues to face any State Bar Board of Governors: Was There Political Tampering In The Richard Fine Disbarment Case?

Come on, guys, tell us what you know.  You’re both role models for law students all across California.  I personally think this would be an excellent topic for KRLA’s Champions Of Justice program.

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER – MAN OR GIRLIE-MAN?

Ph. 916 445 2841 Fax 916 558 3160

In the Terminator 2 movie, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger played a cyborg sent to save the people of Earth. But that was only Hollywood with fake blood and guns.

As Governor, Schwarzenegger has mocked the special-interest legislators who run Sacramento – people he calls “girlie-men.” Now the Governor is about to play his most memorable role ever.  Will the world remember him as a strong leader or a political puppet to the girlie-men he claimed to be repulsed by?

Ph. 510 622 2100, Fax 510 622 4188

Since the Governor’s veto of Senate Bill 641, the State Bar’s 2010 funding bill, members, the media and public have come forth with evidence – lots of evidence – that the corruption in the State Bar of California is much worse than Schwarzenegger and Attorney General Brown imagined or were advised of.  Falsely accused Californians are imprisoned.  California whistleblower lawyers are disbarred. Government corruption which threatens the lives, health and careers of Californians is covered up by faceless bureaucrats, and judges who have become blinded by their own self-importance.
