Ave Maria University President Jim Towey is no lame duck university president. In addition to serving as an assistant to President George Bush, Jr., he was a member of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
Now Towey joins a growing contingent of presidents from colleges like Belmont Abby College, Geneva College and Colorado Christian College in federal litigation against the Obama Administration’s HHS mandate.
