Ethics Complaint Against Senator Corbett Dismissed With No Investigation

Corbett: Honored By State Bar

The State Bar of California has dismissed an ethics complaint against Ellen Corbett, Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee without any investigation.

“It’s very revealing they dismissed related complaints against Jerry Brown and his wife Anne Gust with no investigation,” Network CEO Phil Stimac said. “These are more examples of the gang that runs Sacramento abandoning the citizens they serve and catering to those who grease the skids they run on. In addition to being honored by the State Bar with an outstanding lawyer award, Corbett derived 6 per cent of her campaign contributions from plaintiff’s lawyers, according to the Civil Justice Association of California.

State Bar Court Being Used To Dismantle Free Speech & Civil Rights of Californians

First To Warn Californians Of Threat Posed By State Bar

It took seventy years of protesting by California lawyers that the State Bar was un-American before  any California leader decided to take decisive action.  Yet, another twelve years have gone by and only victims of State Bar abuse and corruption fully understand the nature and extent of the evils Governor Pete Wilson warned about.

Calling the organization the “ultimate political animal”, Wilson vetoed funding for the group in 1997.  Although this resulted in the closing of the State Bar for nearly a year, the arrogance  of State Bar officials has not only gained momentum, but spread throughout Sacramento and other parts of the State.

Meanwhile, Attorney General Jerry Brown Read more of this post

Senator Corbett Should Relinquish State Bar Award And Introduce Richard Fine State Holiday Legislation

Chair Of State Bar Funding Committee Ellen Corbett

The Elite Lawyers and Judges Whistleblower Network is asking Senator Ellen Corbett, Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee to relinquish an honor bestowed on her by State Bar officials.

The award, which named Corbett as one of California’s Top 100 Lawyers, was made in 2008. “This is dirty rotten politics at its’ worst,” Network CEO Phil Stimac said. “With total disregard to the language in Governor Schwarzenegger’s veto of Senate Bill 641, Senator Corbett and State Bar President Howard Miller were able to sneak Senate Bill 55 past the Legislature over objecting members. ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER – MAN OR GIRLIE-MAN?

Ph. 916 445 2841 Fax 916 558 3160

In the Terminator 2 movie, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger played a cyborg sent to save the people of Earth. But that was only Hollywood with fake blood and guns.

As Governor, Schwarzenegger has mocked the special-interest legislators who run Sacramento – people he calls “girlie-men.” Now the Governor is about to play his most memorable role ever.  Will the world remember him as a strong leader or a political puppet to the girlie-men he claimed to be repulsed by?

Since the Governor’s veto of Senate Bill 641, the State Bar’s 2010 funding bill, members, the media and public have come forth with evidence – lots of evidence – that the corruption in the State Bar of California is much worse than Schwarzenegger and Attorney General Brown imagined or were advised of.  Falsely accused Californians are imprisoned.  California whistleblower lawyers are disbarred. Government corruption which threatens the lives, health and careers of Californians is covered up by faceless bureaucrats, and judges who have become blinded by their own self-importance. New Legislation Proposed In Wake of Richard Fine Disbarment

Senator Corbett Is A Long-time Activist

In the wake of the recent disbarment of prominent Beverly Hills attorney Richard I.  Fine, Network CEO Phil Stimac has asked the Chairs of the Senate and Assembly Judiciary Committees to introduce whistleblower protection legislation for State Bar members.

The legislation would create an independent review board to investigate abuses by State Bar lawyers, lobbyists and officials in the discipline of the organization’s 220,000 plus members as well as its lobbying activities in Sacramento.

“Retaliatory and politically-motivated discipline proceedings,” Stimac claimed, “Are so common in the State Bar Court, Read more of this post

Richard Fine Disbarment Shifts Consciousness Of State Bar Members

LEGISLATORS URGED TO HALT STATE BAR FUNDING BILL

Bogus Disbarment Scheme Backfires

The controversial disbarment of Beverly Hills attorney Richard I. Fine is proving to be the catalyst to a state-wide  awakening by members of the State Bar of California.

As reported by Leslie Dutton of Full Disclosure, an online investigative news service, Fine represented a group of homeowners in Marina del Rey.  Former State Bar President Sheldon Sloan represented the developer.  Disbarment proceedings were commenced against Fine subsequent to his attempts to bring public attention to the fact that Superior Court judges in Los Angeles County received illegal payments in connection with cases they decided .

Declined To Comment

According to Free Richard Fine, Sloan had an interest in  removing Fine from the  case through bogus State Bar action. Fine made similar allegations against Sloan to the Metropolitan News-Enterprise. Prior to his disbarment, Richard Fine had a long and distinguished career with U.S. Justice Department and as a tax lawyer. Ms. Dutton’s investigative reporting (video below) reveals Fine was also fined $47,000 and imprisoned for missing a filing deadline by one day.

New Video Gives Members Opportunity To Evaluate Miller’s Vow To Fix State Bar Problems

Invitation Extended For Video Interview

Network CEO Phil Stimac has extended an invitation to State Bar President Howard Miller to sit down with him on camera prior to the enactment of new State Bar funding legislation.  In addition to providing members with an assessment of his performance and future vision for the State Bar, Stimac hopes Miller will zero in on the specific steps he has taken in response to concerns expressed by Governor Schwarzenegger in his veto of Senate Bill 641.

The interview, which Stimac expects can be conducted in one hour, could take place in Miller’s Beverly Hills office or at Stimac’s t.v. studio in Northern California.

“Naturally,” Stimac said, “There are some tensions between the Network’s followers  and the State Bar establishment, but I am hopeful Mr. Miller will see this as an opportunity to gain a realistic insight into their decade-long attempts to gain a more effective voice in the organization.”
