More Complaints About State Bar Publications Not Accurately Reporting Discipline Summaries

The Elite Lawyers and Judges Whistleblower Network Of America has received another report of State Bar publications misrepresenting the facts in a discipline summary.

One Southern California State Bar member writes: “When I was written up in California Lawyer magazine, I noticed that my side of the story was not in there. They routinely, I presume, get their information from the Bar, which makes money ripping people off. The California Bar Journal may have the same policy, i.e. only getting one side of the story.”
