Penny Brock has always taken her Christian faith and core American values seriously. Now she may be taking them to a federal jury in Portland, Oregon. For more than thirty years, Penny was married to Capt. Bill Brock III, a pilot for Delta Airlines. Bill and his father, Bill Brock II, used to joke about the strong-willed nature of Bill’s mother, Thelma, a woman of German descent.
After Bill Brock Jr. passed away, Penny and Bill flew to Portland to review Thelma’s living trust document. Like millions of senior citizens across America, Thelma had heard about the benefits of a living trust and wanted her son Bill to review the trust before she signed it.

One of the most overlooked passages in the bible is Genesis 12:1-3 in which God tells Abraham that He will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse it. Among the many gifts Israel has given to the world is the Virgin Mary, the earthly Mother of God.
Fifteen years after a reported apparition to General George Washington by the Virgin Mary, Archbishop John Carroll, consecrated the United States to her. In 1847, Mary, the Immaculate Conception was designated as the patroness of the United States.
But now federal judges in Washington, D.C. and on the west coast are playing fast and loose with God’s words Read more of this post

The Blessed Virgin Mary is the patroness of the United States. Although she is a human being and not divine, she

Legal and judicial abuse does not happen in a vacuum. The lives, health and careers of its innocent victims are destroyed and adversly affected by this growing national crisis. While many victims and informed professionals merely complain to the powers-that-be or exchange their horror stories online, Dr. Karin Huffer has taken decisive action by spearheading a national movement to address the problem in a responsible manner.
Huffer, a licensed marriage and family therapist, is the author of “Overcoming The Devastation Of Legal Abuse Syndrome.” In addition to researching, diagnosing and treating stress-related disorders, she maintains an online site which offers information and support to professionals, victims and their families.

Unlike modern U.S. Presidents who busy themselves with polls, sound bites, campaign finance and political correctness, George Washington was truly a deeply spiritual man.
The library in the Washington family home contained theology books passed on to generations. A copy of The Rules Of Civility And Decent Behavior In Company And Conversation which Washington copied when he was thirteen years old is available online and through the Library of Congress.
A devout Christian, Washington prayed often in search of the strength needed to triumph over the many hardships life presented him with. At the age of twenty, he wrote out the prayers he prayed twice a day in a small book entitled Daily Sacrifice.*
Our first president was handsome, elegant, gracious, witty, a good dancer, and enjoyed the fine food and wine of the high society of his time. Yet, he keenly understood that suffering and sacrifice was the true path to God’s grace. The prayers he humbly prayed can empower Americans who pray them today.

In no way do I want to marginalize the victims of the church but I think you have a good point here. The sheer number of victims of judicial misconduct is mind-numbing. Like the Catholic Church scandal, no one wants to acknowledge that it’s true. The public is too afraid to step forward. Those who have experienced it live with shame and devastation. Those who haven’t experienced it don’t want to believe it’s true. The judiciary is determined to keep it quiet. To demean those who make claims of misconduct.
I hope that someday, like the church scandal, it will be exposed and accepted by the public as the truth. A horrible truth that must be changed.

Although the Constitution does not prescribe the specific oath of office federal judges are required to take, Congress has set the language forth in Section 453 of Title 28 of the United States Code. It read as follows:
”I _________________, do solemnly swear [or affirm] that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal rights to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all duties incumbent upon me as ____________________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. In upcoming days and weeks, the death of Osama bin Laden will gradually take on less significance, even in our corporate and government controlled media. Except for joining the military, becoming aware or saying a few prayers, there isn’t much parents and grandparents can do to protect their young loved ones from global terrorism.
Yet there is another form of terror which is overtaking our nation and better judgment. Call it corruption, judicial abuse, bureaucratic terrorism, elitism or the end-times scenario. It is easy to label but difficult to understand, not because it is a complex situation, but because it challenges Read more of this post

The National Mandamus Project is gaining impetus as evidence of the tampering and cover-up of more complaints of judicial misconduct continues to surface.
One visitor to this site wrote, “I have many hundreds (maybe thousands) of interested people. I love the idea of getting a significant number of people to file. I will modify one of my petitions for writ of mandamus to SCOTUS that could be a starting point for a template. [I am not an attorney, and I cannot give legal advice. A regular visitor to this site who goes by the name Joe Banana commented that the first hurdle the National Mandamus Project will have to overcome is ”trusting the courts to investigate themselves. This has proven a dismal failure in the past,” he added.
“Even when proper authorities are notified, they ignore it. The US judicial system is now just a complete farce, a dog and pony show. There is no “honor”, “justice”, “integrity”,” “credibility”, “morals”, “decency”,”respect”,”trust”,”consistency”, or truth, in our courts today. It’s given way to total corruption, the usurpation of power is just about at maximum, the train has left the track, the fat lady is warming up.”

Although Network CEO Phil Stimac is not an attorney and neither practices law, nor gives legal advice, he has been advised by appellate experts that the National Mandamus Project should hit a critical mass by mid 2012.
“I’ve been informed,” Stimac said, “that the number of individual writs filed with the chief judges in the federal circuits coupled with the same or more requests for grand jury investigations in the 94 federal judicial districts will simply be too great for the mainstream media, Department of Justice and federal judiciary to ignore.

According to Phil Stimac, his decision to create the National Mandamus Project was inspired in part by Nazi hunter Simon Wiesenthal [1908-2005]. Wisesenthal devoted most of his life to tracking down fugitive Nazis.
“There are similarities between Mr. Wiesenthal’s work and what we are trying to do at the Project,” Stimac said. “Mr. Wiesenthal sought justice for victims at a time when the fugitive Nazi issue was being covered-up and downplayed.

Potter Stewart became a figure of distrust by his fellow Supreme Court Justices who believed him to

Jon Ronson’s The Psychopath Test: A Journey Through The Madness Industry [Riverhead Books, 2011] seems to shed light on why some of The San Francisco Court Conspirators did the things they did.
The premise of the book is that more and more people are waking up to the fact that our world is being run by insane people who appear to be doing normal things and ostensibly sane folks doing obviously crazy things.
That may help explain why, not a single

9th Circuit Court Executive Cathy Catterson has assigned Complaint No. 11-90079 to a complaint of judicial misconduct filed against U.S. District Judge Irma Gonzalez.

In the Introduction of her #1 bestseller, A Return To Love [HarperCollins, 1992, ISBN 0-06-016374-7] Marianne Williamson writes:
When we were born, we were programmed perfectly. We had a natural tendency to focus on love. Our imaginations were creative and flourishing, and we knew how to use them. We were conntected to a world much richer than the one we connect to now, a world full of enchantment and a sense of the miraculous.
So what happened? Why is it that we reached a certain age, looked around, and the enchantment was gone?
Because we were taught to focus elsewhere. We were taught to think unaturally. We were taught a very bad philosophy, a way of looking at the world that contradicts who we are.
